We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through a fully encrypted and secure checkout — we never store your card details. If you have a discount code or gift card, you can apply it at the final step of checkout before placing your order.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched. If you need your order sooner, express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that processing time is 1–2 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. During sale periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Absolutely. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. To start a return or exchange, simply reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment. You can also log into your account on our website and visit the "My Orders" section to see real-time updates. If you checked out as a guest and can't find your tracking email, check your spam folder

We sincerely apologize if this happens — it's not the experience we want for you. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll review your case promptly and offer either a full replacement shipped at no cost to you, or a complete refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the damaged item in most cases.
